In fact, there are many plastic surgeons out there who do such a good job on their clients that no one would know they’ve even had any work done. The same goes for celebrities that we all know and love. Some of them have had only the slightest work done and because it is done so well we either a) don’t notice or b) commend them for looking great and not deciding to go overboard a la Heidi Montag.

Plastic surgery is way more common than we all would like to think. Many people get small procedures done for cosmetic reasons to boost their confidence, all the way to large procedures done to attract the opposite sex.

These five celebrities decided to hire the right doctor and make only minor improvements to their overall appearances. They don’t look like Frankenstein, Joan Rivers or Lisa Rinna. I’m all for someone improving their physical appearance in order to boost their confidence, but knowingly going overboard in the plastic surgery department is ridiculous in my opinion. These five people were smart.

I’ve got to be honest, I’m a hue Kate Hudson fan and I never thought there was a “problem” with her body before the surgery. In fact, I love that she represented the “flat chested girls of America”, but seeing as she only went to a B-cup in size makes me realize she has a decent head on her shoulders. Minor improvements are definitely worth the confidence boost. Good on her.
